Job summary

Planet Fitness, part of National Fitness Partners, seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver a best-in-class member experience at our club. You will greet members, sign up new members, process purchases at the POS, and encourage participation in our fitness programs.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, and possess basic computer skills. We offer growth opportunities, shift-differential pay, and comprehensive benefits.

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones and greet members with a friendly script.
• Sign up new members, log amenities, and process transactions.
• Promote fitness classes and memberships.
