Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness locations. This full-time role starts at $12 per hour with a Monday-Friday schedule (4:45am-12:45pm) and opportunities for hourly increases after milestones on 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter.

You will greet members, sign up and tour new members, respond to questions, and process purchases at the POS. You’ll promote classes, keep the club clean, and contribute to a welcoming Judgement Free

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
