Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, sign up new members, and promote our fitness instruction classes. The role includes shift-based schedules with hourly pay increases at milestones and participation in a comprehensive benefits program.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to members and guests.
• Answer phones politely using a script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Process purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to members.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment.
