Job summary

Planet Fitness in Whitestown, IN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience at the club.

You will answer phones, greet members, process sign-ups, and log amenities while upholding our Judgement Free philosophy. This role offers evenings and weekend potential with wage increases at set milestones.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Location: L183 Whitestown - Whitestown, IN 46075

Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule A: Monday thru Thursday 7pm-11pm, Friday 5pm-9pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
