Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Planet Fitness club. You will greet members and guests, answer questions, and sign up new members while logging club amenities and processing purchases with a POS.

You will promote Planet Fitness classes and maintain a clean, welcoming environment to deliver a Judgement Free experience for all members and visitors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with a POS system.
• Must be 18 years or older; HS diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members.
• Sign up and tour new members, log amenities, and assist with questions.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
