Job summary

Planet Fitness Akron location is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of service in a Judgement Free environment. You will greet members, sign up new guests, log amenities, and assist with questions using a friendly script.

The role includes processing purchases at the point of sale, promoting fitness classes, and keeping the club clean and safe. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and basic computer skills; ability to lift up to 75 lbs is needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests with a friendly, professional approach.
• Answer phones and greet/sign up new members; log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale; log transactions.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to current and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
