National Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. Earn starting at $12 per hour with scheduled shifts Tue/Thu mornings and Fri/Wed mornings. Benefits include PTO, health options, and employer-matron perks as the team helps transform lives.

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS.

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
