Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact seeks a School Coordinator to lead on-site FSCS implementation in a Kentucky school, coordinating academic, behavioral, health, and postsecondary supports, with 100% commitment to FSCS activities year-round.

Reporting to the Program Manager, FSCS State Scale-Up, you will collaborate with LEAs, schools, and community partners to expand services, reduce duplication, and improve attendance, engagement, and readiness for college and career.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in education, community engagement or related field required.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site implementation of the FSCS initiative at the assigned school site.
• Facilitate the school-level advisory board and engage stakeholders in identifying needs and monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with school leaders to align services and support grant objectives.
