Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) seeks a School Coordinator for the Full-Service Community Schools initiative. This full-time, grant-funded role requires on-site leadership at an assigned school, coordinating academic, social, and health supports to boost attendance, engagement, and postsecondary readiness.

You will build partnerships among public schools, LEAs, and community organizations, manage data and reporting, and ensure four FSCS pillars are implemented with fidelity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3+ years in education or related field.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs.
• Ability to collaborate with rural schools and communities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site implementation of the FSCS initiative at the assigned school site.
• Facilitate the school-level advisory board with school leaders, families, and partners.
• Coordinate integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports.
• Deliver extended learning opportunities and after-school programs with partners.
• Manage partnerships and monitor services to align with grant objectives.
• Support data collection, reporting, and continuous program improvement.
