Job summary

ShopRite of Lawrenceville in New Jersey is seeking a Frozen Department Manager to direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Frozen Department and its Associates, aiming to achieve sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement.

The role reports to the General Store Manager and requires leading teams, maintaining safe, clean, and organized operations, training new staff, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while delivering world-class service to customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Frozen Department functions and associates.
• Lead by example to achieve department goals (sales, profit, customer experience, engagement).
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in department operations.
• Train and onboard new department associates; provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain department organization, stocking, and product rotation.
• Communicate with store management and partners to ensure smooth operations.
