Job summary

ShopRite of Lyndhurst is seeking a Frozen Manager to direct and supervise all functions of the Frozen Department and its associates. You will aim to achieve department goals in sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement under the General Store Manager.

You will engage with customers, lead onboarding and training, and ensure safety, presentation, and efficiency across operations, while managing staffing and ensuring policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English and perform basic math.
• Stand/walk for shifts, lift up to 60 lbs.
• Work with fresh, dried, or processed products and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Frozen Department and Associates to meet goals.
• Engage with customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development of department staff.
• Maintain safety, presentation, and efficiency in department operations.
