Job summary

ShopRite of Fair Lawn is seeking a Frozen Manager to direct the Frozen Department and its associates. The role focuses on.sales, profit, customer experience and associate engagement under the General Store Manager. The position requires strong English language skills, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities include safety, presentation and efficiency, training, and leading staff to meet department goals while maintaining company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, analyze, interpret and understand English.
• Must perform basic math and operate basic computer functions.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work with customers and lead associates in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Frozen Department and its associates.
• Ensure safety, friendliness, presentation and efficiency in daily operations.
• Maintain departmental standards and train new associates.
• Engage customers and lead the team to achieve department goals.
