ShopRite of Bordentown in Bordentown, NJ, is seeking a Frozen Manager to direct all functions of the Frozen Department and its associates. You will drive sales, customer experience, and engagement under the Store Manager's guidance.

The ideal candidate will supervise safety programs, manage staffing, and ensure department standards are met, including materials, pricing, and efficiency, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Frozen Department operations.
• Lead Associates to achieve department goals (sales, profit, customer experience).
• Ensure safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency in department practices.
• Provide training and feedback to Associates and oversee onboarding.
