Job summary

ShopRite of Palisades Park is seeking a Frozen Manager to direct and supervise all functions of the Frozen Department, and its associates, to achieve department goals, including sales, profit, customer experience, and engagement. You will work under the General Store Manager to uphold safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Frosted Department functions and staff.
• Lead associates to achieve department goals and deliver customer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in the department.
• Ensure proper stocking, pricing, and shelf presentation.
