Job summary

ShopRite of Bound Brook is seeking a Frozen Manager to direct and supervise all functions of the Frozen Department and its Associates to achieve department goals, including sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement. This role reports to the General Store Manager and emphasizes safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to lead and engage Associates to meet department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Frozen Department functions and associates.
• Ensure safety, presentation, and efficiency in department operations.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, and product displays to standards.
• Coach staff to deliver strong customer service and experience.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet sales and profit goals.
