Job summary

ShopRite in Elmwood Park, NJ seeks a Frozen Manager to lead the Frozen Department and its associates, driving sales, customer experience, and operational excellence under the guidance of the General Store Manager.

You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety and cleanliness, train staff, and optimize inventory, pricing, and displays to meet store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to use basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and occasionally 60 lbs.
• Ability to work with various products and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Frozen Department functions.
• Achieve department goals: sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Train and onboard department associates, provide feedback and leadership.
• Maintain proper stocking, pricing, and displays.
