Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to six months of experience in the banking industry and/or cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Interpersonal skills: courtesy, tact, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle all member transactions in person or by mail/phone.
• Perform member account maintenance functions, including opening accounts.
• Knowledgeable on Credit Union products and recommend based on needs.
• Promptly answer telephone inquiries and forward calls as necessary.
• Promote teamwork by assisting others with work when needed.
