Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in a mechanical/electrical trade or technical service call center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer scheduling through outbound calls and triage calls
• Partner with other departments to triage calls and schedule changes
• Provide frontline telephone technical support for installation, product application, and sanitation issues
• Perform basic programming and calibration on automated controllers
• Develop knowledge of pool pumps, filters, and circulation systems
• Communicate part numbers and specifications changes with Technical Service staff
