Pentair is hiring a Regional Technical Support Specialist to provide expert phone support for pool equipment and systems from Phoenix, AZ. You will diagnose issues remotely and determine when on-site service is required, contributing to fast resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has pool systems experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred and the role is hybrid with daily hours 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support for pool systems or related fields (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues over the phone.
• Clear communication and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based technical support for pool products to high priority customers.
• Guide customers through problem diagnosis and resolution with clear communication.
• Assess when on-site support is needed and coordinate with field technicians.
• Maintain detailed call logs and service records for timely resolutions.
• Assist with product usage questions and maintenance guidance.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and field support.
