Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident, energetic greeting.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support shortage reduction programs and train associates as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and professional appearance at all times.
