Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident welcome and assist as needed.
• Identify and report theft/incidents to management promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress standards.
• Communicate theft prevention knowledge during store rallies with the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and safety procedures.
