Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle security-sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances/exits to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident greeting.
• Conduct bag and package checks per policy.
• Identify theft incidents and report to Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Uphold dress standards and professional appearance.
