Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the front door for patient scheduling, providing information to schedule services.
• Uses critical thinking and healthcare knowledge to facilitate scheduling.
• Accommodates special requests from internal and external customers.
• Triages System Contact Center calls to appropriate areas per management guidelines.
• Follows protocols and uses multiple software applications to schedule appointments.
• Obtain and enter accurate scheduling and registration data for financial clearance.
