FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline staff and support the Safety Above All Culture. You will manage day-to-day operations, staff performance, training, and adherence to FedEx policies.

You will oversee safety initiatives, handle employee relations, and drive productivity while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Competenze

• This role requires a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise frontline staff to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate and recognize team members.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies and regulations.
