FedEx Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline staff and uphold the Safety Above All Culture. You will manage day-to-day sortation operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with FedEx policies and government regulations.

You will plan staffing, monitor performance metrics, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility while communicating clearly with teams and leadership.

Formación

• Six (6) months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (retail, fulfillment center, warehouse).
• Military experience with honorable discharge is considered.
• Ability to apply business judgment to goals.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees for safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Lead daily meetings to align workforce with goals and updates.
• Coach and develop staff, administer performance evaluations and discipline as needed.
• Train new employees on duties and FXG policies, safety, and quality requirements.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs and drive initiative with urgency.
