Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months experience in a package handler or supervisory role.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and motivate a team.
• Ability to read and interpret data, communicate effectively, and coach others.

• Hire, coach, train, recognize, and evaluate staff.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control daily operations.
• Assign and manage employees to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate operational updates to the team.
• Support employee relations and safety programs.
• Train new employees on duties and FXG policies.
• Mentor and develop junior Operations Supervisors.
• Adapt to changes and maintain urgency with professionalism.
