Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline staff and drive safe, efficient package sortation within the facility. You will manage training, coaching, performance evaluation, and adherence to FedEx policies and regulations to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to mentor junior supervisors while adapting to changing operational needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in package handling or related supervisory exposure.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as fulfillment centers, warehouses, or retail is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff and enforce safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate staff, while maintaining FXG policies and procedures.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations with focus on safety and cost control.
• Communicate operational updates and goals in meetings with staff and stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
