Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Safety Above All Culture and manage a team handling package sortation. You will oversee day-to-day operations, assign staff, and ensure compliance with FedEx policies and governmental regulations.

You will also lead meetings, coach staff, and drive performance metrics while maintaining safety standards. This full-time role is based in Charlotte, NC with typical retail/warehouse environment exposure.

• Analyzes performance and drives improvement initiatives.
• Leads daily meetings for workforce updates and goals.
• Contributes to employee relations and safety programs.
