Job summary

Part-time position with benefits for eligible associates; base pay starts at $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and visually monitor the store environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and display a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft.
• Greet every customer with a warm, loud, and friendly greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Create a secure environment and support shortage reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with store leadership to communicate theft prevention information.
