Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to visually monitor store environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and maintain a professional presence.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
