Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or loss prevention experience.
• Willingness to stand and monitor store entrances for extended periods.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances/exits and high‑risk areas to reduce theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident greeting and provide assistance.
• Report theft incidents to Manager on Duty and follow safety protocols.
