Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Shortage Control Associate in Asheville, NC to help create a secure shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service. You will monitor entrances, greet customers, and report theft incidents to supervisors.

The role emphasizes control, awareness, and teamwork within a fast-paced retail setting. The position is part-time with flexible hours and offers associate discounts, training opportunities, and a benefits package for eligible part-time

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection or operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making are required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain visibility at store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident, and energetic approach.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs.
