Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection or Loss Prevention preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to deter theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and strong eye contact.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag and package checks in accordance with safety standards.
• Assist in training associates on shortage-reduction programs and processes.
