Burlington Stores in Greenville, SC is seeking a Part-Time Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment while delivering friendly customer service. You will monitor entrances and high-risk areas, greet customers, and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service or retail, the ability to stand long shifts, maintain confidentiality, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to monitor the store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly greeting; report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Communicate theft prevention information and assist with shortage reduction programs.
