The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline Loss Prevention Associate to protect store assets and support a safe shopping environment. You will deter theft, greet customers warmly, and coordinate with store management and LP teams to respond to incidents.

This role emphasizes professional presence, adherence to the Emergency Response Guide, and accurate incident documentation while supporting a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail or security experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to take initiative and work independently.
• Prioritize and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to management or customer service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
