Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Reviews the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wears the company uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and show courtesy and respect.
• Establishes position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Responds to customer requests by referring to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observes and reports suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Performs a closing safety sweep with management.
• Documents incidents in AIIM Case Management.
