Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, support store management, and maintain a safe shopping environment. You will greet customers, monitor front areas, respond to requests via radio, and report incidents to loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect; assist via store radio.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to LP or store management.
• Conduct a closing safety sweep with a manager.
