Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate in Arlington to help prevent loss, assist customers, and support store operations with a professional presence at the front of the store. You will wear a Body Worn Camera and adhere to all security and safety protocols.

Strong communication, initiative, and the ability to stand for long periods are essential. 0–2 years in retail or security is welcomed, with competitive hourly pay and full benefits offered where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and follow Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a complete Company uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Complete closing safety sweep with management.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
