The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention team member for TJ Maxx store locations. This role focuses on acting as a visible deterrent to theft, maintaining store safety, and supporting both customers and store teams while following company policies and procedures.

You will wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and participate in securing the front of the store. The position emphasizes independent initiative, strong communication, and adherence to safety protocols across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist by directing to management or service.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with management.
