Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years computer technical support.
• Or
• Bachelor's degree and one year experience in computer technical support.

Responsibilities

• Monitors computing systems for performance and troubleshoots events.
• Repairs and upgrades IT operating equipment and software as directed; updates SOP docs.
• Responds to calls and emails for IT assistance, including after-hours support.
• Uses problem management database to research known problems and maintains equipment lifecycle.
