Job summary

The Exchange is seeking a dedicated information technology professional for first-line support of non-routine events and incidents across local IT store operations or HQ Exchange data center. You will safeguard access to restricted data and services, while handling after-hours requests and maintaining documentation.

With a focus on IT operations, you’ll monitor systems, perform repairs and upgrades, and follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• Three years computer technical support.
• Or Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in computer technical support.

Responsibilities

• Monitors computing systems for performance, documents and troubleshoots events.
• Repairs and upgrades IT operating equipment and software as directed; updates SOPs and documentation.
• Responds to calls and emails for IT assistance, including after hours.
• Uses problem management database to research known problems and supports life cycle maintenance of equipment.
• May provide end-user training on new IT features and solutions.
