Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. The role involves ticketing, documentation, and collaboration with Systems Administrators and Engineers to ensure high-quality client service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in technical support, familiarity with Windows environments, and entry-level certifications. Aiming to grow technical skills, you may work from client sites, Integris offices, or remotely.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• Entry-level certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
• 1-3 years in technical support or help desk roles.
• Experience with Windows/Microsoft 365 environments and end-user devices.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Work assigned tickets in order of SLA.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests via phone, email, and portal.
• Document all work comprehensively for client billing and support records.
• Troubleshoot frontline technical issues to minimize customer disruption.
• Escalate complex issues to systems admins/engineers per SOPs.
• Collaborate with admins/engineers to resolve client issues.
