EmpereonConstareExternal is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver front-line hardware, software and infrastructure support to end-users. The role includes deploying machines, configuring systems, and assisting both on-site and remote staff with day-to-day IT needs.

Role requires strong communication, network troubleshooting and the ability to work in a high-stress call center environment. Occasional non-standard shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed information regarding issues from on-site hardware/software installations.
• Assist on-site and remote personnel in day-to-day desktop/network support needs.
• Deploy computers (sysprep), install software, configure hardware per standards.
• Assist with repair and recovery from hardware/software failures.
• Communicate technically fluent about network and system failures.
• Provide IT logistics support for shipping computer systems and peripherals.
• Assist with site support and administrative tasks as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.
