Job summary

Elite-Recruiting- seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support for employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. You will troubleshoot problems, manage IT assets, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure reliable business tech operations.

The role requires strong problem-solving, familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux, plus experience with ticketing systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote support, and in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and applications.
Create, update, and close support tickets in the ticketing system.
Maintain documentation and IT asset inventories.
Assist users with Microsoft Office and common business apps.
Provide end-user training on software and security best practices.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
Maintain high level of customer service meeting SLAs.
