Job summary

Standard Calibrations, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to handle desktop and account support, hardware repair, and application support.

The role requires front-line customer service with the ability to troubleshoot a variety of devices and systems. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience), basic networking knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• Networking fundamentals and protocols knowledge.
• Experience with Helpdesk software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for Apple, Google, and Microsoft environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and servers.
• Respond to user-reported issues via helpdesk tickets and document resolutions.
• Assist with software installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Conduct user training on software use and security best practices.
• Collaborate with IT team to maintain hardware and software assets.
