Job summary

Calista Corporation is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician II to deliver expert frontline technical assistance for end users' computer systems and related equipment. You will work with network teams to keep systems running smoothly across Calista and its subsidiaries.

This role requires strong customer service, quick problem solving, and the ability to travel between business locations to provide IT services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor preferred
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, NET+, or Microsoft can substitute for a degree
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Infrastructure skills: networks, scripting, database principles, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for end users’ computers, hardware, and software.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems remotely or in person.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software; support peripherals.
• Respond to escalated tickets and document resolutions; ensure timely follow-up.
• Travel between Calista locations to deliver IT services.
• Collaborate with IT staff to maintain secure, reliable systems and high customer satisfaction.
