Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira is preferred.
Certifications like CompTIA A+ or MCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote support, and in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and business applications.
Utilize remote support tools to resolve user issues.
Create, prioritize, update, and close tickets in the ticketing system.
Maintain accurate documentation and IT asset inventories.
Assist users with Office, email, browsers, and devices.
Provide end-user training on software, security, and IT best practices.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
Maintain high customer service levels and meet SLAs.
