Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking an on-site HR Business Partner for the Dallas Distribution Hub in Lancaster, TX. You will support frontline employees, contingent workers, supervisors, and site leadership in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will lead employee relations, investigations, onboarding, recruiting, and performance management while ensuring compliance and efficient HR operations. The role requires proactive problem-solving and strong collaboration with site leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Experience supporting hourly frontline and distribution workforce.
Experience with contingent labor or staffing agency partnerships preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a visible on-site HR resource for DDH employees, contingent workers, supervisors, and site leadership across two shifts.
Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including investigations and corrective action.
Independently manage routine employee relations matters and escalate complex cases as needed.
Coach supervisors on policy application, documentation and performance management.
Partner with site leadership on workforce planning, staffing priorities, and engagement.
