Job summary

LHH seeks a bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to support a large manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX. This role will partner closely with the HR Director and play a key role in supporting both the workforce and leadership team as the organization grows.

This position requires hands-on HR experience with a path toward senior leadership, strong employee relations, and recruiting capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with practical, day-to-day HR execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 8-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of recent HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong employee relations background.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, benefits, and HR best practices.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees throughout the facility.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for hourly and professional positions.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and performance-related concerns.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR transactions.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
• Assist with training, development, and organizational effectiveness programs.
• Support reporting, HR metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
