Job summary

AirLife seeks a Director of Human Resources for its Phoenix and El Paso distribution centers. You will be the senior HR partner to site leadership, driving people strategy, leadership development and workforce performance on-site.

Responsibilities include setting DC‑level HR standards, leading workforce planning and talent reviews, guiding employee relations, and partnering with Safety and Operations to strengthen culture and compliance. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR leadership in manufacturing or distribution.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.

• Travel between Phoenix and El Paso is required.

• Strong executive presence with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop the onsite HR team across two distribution centers.
• Align HR strategy with AirLife priorities and standards.
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Partner with Safety and Operations to improve culture and safety.
• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
